Priority ONE Security Training collects only the personal information we need to register you for a course, take payment and stay in touch about your training. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you register: your name, date of birth, phone number, email address and mailing address, the course you chose and how you’re paying.
When you contact us: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.
Card payments: handled entirely by Clover on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To register you, confirm your seat and payment, prepare your training records, help you book your provincial exam, answer your questions, and meet our obligations as a certified training centre.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only where we need to:

Your provincial exam: Tip of Spear Inc., the proctor that supervises the exam, receives the details it needs to book and run your exam.
Running registration: Clover for card payments, our email provider for confirmations, and our website host for security and spam protection.
The law: when we’re legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep registration records for as long as we need them for your training and our legal and accreditation obligations, and then delete them.
